Kindergarten & PreK Registration

 

         Kindergarten registration is Monday, April 8th thru Friday, April 12th.   PreK registration is Monday, April 15th thru Friday, April 19th.  Please come to the school office (180 Robin Circle in Middleton) any day between 9:00 am-2:00 pm.  You will need to have the following information:

  • Certified copy of the birth certificate (this is NOT the mother’s copy that you get in the hospital)
  • Tennessee immunization record and physical 
  • Social Security card
  • Two proofs of residency (both of these needs to be services that go to your home.  Example: water bill, electric bill, cable)

        Please have all your information ready to enroll your child when you come to the school.  It is not necessary for your child to be present.  If you have any questions, you may call the school office at 731-376-0160.
